Aesthetic equipment / Procurement guide

Multifunction system module verification

Check a multifunction equipment proposal by identifying its modules individually. Ask for the configuration schedule, accessory correspondence and documents associated with each named module. Connect the proposed interface and software references with the same configuration, and request clarification of any module shown in an image but absent from the quoted equipment package.

Build the module inclusion schedule

Request a schedule naming every module addressed by the proposed multifunction equipment quotation. Ask the supplier to distinguish the main assembly from the separately identified module items. Request a clear indication of which modules are included in the proposed package and which are offered as optional items requiring another commercial discussion.

Compare that schedule with the equipment image used to initiate the enquiry. Ask for clarification where an illustrated module is absent from the proposal or has a different name. Give the question its corresponding item reference and request a corrected inclusion schedule before your purchasing team compares the proposed package with another offer.

Identify the accessory for each module

Ask for the handpiece and accessory references associated with each proposed module. Request images or drawings connecting those references with the items shown in the configuration document. Keep accessory names beside the module they concern so the proposed package does not become an undifferentiated list of equipment images and descriptive labels.

Ask which accessories are shared within the proposed package and request written clarification of the relevant references. Request the document describing each separately proposed assembly where the schedule is unclear. Ask for updated accessory information if your team considers adding or removing a module during the quotation discussion with the supplier.

Request module specific parameter sheets

Ask for the original parameter document covering each separately identified module. Request the units and equipment configuration reference associated with entries your technical reviewer needs to examine. Ask whether the document refers to the proposed main assembly or to a named module, and identify the subject explicitly in your document request.

Request the relevant test attachment when the reviewer needs further information about a reported entry. Ask for the tested module identity and the conditions stated in that attachment. Keep the test reference with the corresponding module so information supplied for another assembly does not become the basis of the purchasing team's configuration comparison.

Relate modules to the quoted interface

Request representative interface images for the exact multifunction configuration under discussion. Ask the supplier to identify how each included module appears in those images and which interface version is represented. Request clarification if the displayed module names differ from the names used in the inclusion schedule supplied with the quotation.

Ask which software or licensing documents relate to the proposed module selection. Request a description of any configuration dependent interface wording and ask which documents describe it. Keep requested functions separate from the included module schedule, and request updated images when a change in the proposed package affects the configuration your team is reviewing.

Collect the module document coverage

Ask for the intended use and restriction document references associated with each included module. Request clarification where an attachment names the main assembly without identifying the module coverage your professional reviewer needs. Ask for separate accessory documents when those are required to understand which files concern the configuration being proposed in the quotation.

Request a training document inventory showing the module references and document languages. Ask which files are included with the proposed package and which requests need further discussion. Identify any module without a corresponding file entry and request the appropriate attachment before the professional reviewer receives the document set for the purchasing comparison.

Reconcile additions and removals explicitly

Ask for a revised configuration schedule whenever a module is added, removed or replaced during the enquiry. Request identification of the accessory and document changes associated with that revision. Keep the earlier and current proposal descriptions distinguishable so your team can identify which module selection the commercial response actually concerns.

Prepare the final purchasing item list from the answered module schedule. Ask the supplier to reference that list in its proposed quotation and accompanying attachment register. Request clarification of unresolved module names before deciding which package to pursue, and retain the corresponding configuration and document references with the equipment enquiry your team has approved.
